18yrs old ovarian problems, and scared

About 2 years ago i had my first CAT scan performed due to severe abdominal pain, the doctors found a small dermoid cyst in my left ovary, but they were more concerned with my inflamed small ilium. A year later i was still having bad abdominal pain and my doctor sent me for another CAT scan, the cyst had grown, even with me being on birth control. They removed it laproscopically and i thought that was that. That was about 5 months ago and i've still been having the pain, last week i went in for a CAT scan and a trans vag scan, now there's a bilateral complex cyst where the dermoid one was, i'm very confused and scared. I try and research on my own since the surgeon hasn't told me much but everything i find is in older women, i was told i have polycystic ovaries too. there was an oncologist that assisted in removing the original cyst, i was told he was there for 'good luck', can anyone give me any information or advice?
