Abraxane

Q for my Mom. Currently on topotecan and believe its not working since she's almost completed 3 treatment and ca-125 not dropping and ct scan shows very tiny increase in lymph node. I believe the doctor will want to switch drugs, will find out next week. I spoke to him few weeks ago discussing clinical trials, he said he's ok with it and to let him know what we find. Currently there is a clinical trial in our area for drug Abraxane. Seems like my Mom would qualify although we have not spoke to the conductor for this trial yet. I just wanted to see if anyone on the forum has had or receiving this drug and what is it like with what kind of success rate.
