CA-125 elevated, fluid and other symptoms

I recently had an MRI for hip pain which showed cysts in my left ovary and fluid and fibroids, went to the ob/gyn who sent me for an ultrasound which showed entometrial measurement of 10.7, a nabothian cyst, right ovary is 3.1 x 2.6 x 3.0cm, multiple follicular cyst, one possible hemorrhagic complex on right measuring 1 x 1 cm with fluid near ovary, left is 2.7 x 1.7 x 1.3bm with multiple follicular cysts.
When I went for the ultrasound, my stomach was full of gas and bowel, not normal for me, this was on 11/26 and I am still gassy and bloated. Have been having nausea on and off for about a month too. They sent me for a CA-125, came back at 56.7. I had my period when I had the test, which the doctor knew about. I am going to the gyn/onc as soon as my dr calls me today with the appt and I have a follow up ultrasound next week at my gyn.
What is the probability that this is OVCA?

Thanks for the reply, endo is much better than OVCA. I was also diagnosed with Adenomyosis and am scheduled for a hysterectomy on Jan 16th. My right ovary now has a septated cyst and I still have two on the left. I am waiting on the official radiologist report to be sent to the gyn/onc, hopinig it's good news and I have to have another CA-125 on Jan 8th. Hopefully when it's all done I will stop feeling so sick. I have been very run down lately and have a lot of pain and nausea.

Hi There,
You should have a laparoscopy to evaluate you symptoms and the ultrasound findings. The most common finding would be endometriosis but direct looking and getting a biopsy is the best way to know
Please let us know what happens
