CAN IUD INCREASE RISK OF OVARIAN CANCER?

Can an IUD increase risk of getting Ovarian Cancer later? I had an IUD in 36 years ago for a period of 4 years, until I had to have it removed, due to a severe infection in my uterus and tubes. Sixteen years ago I had a hysterectomy due to fibroid tumors. Starting 13 years ago I had HRT for a period of 10 years. Three years ago I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had my tubes and ovaries removed. It was early stage and was only in left ovary and possibly in fallopian tube. It was small in size. It had not spread any place else. I had chemotherapy and am still in remission. There is no other cancer of any kind in my family history. I am now 62 years old.

I had similar history, including tubal ligation and ectopic pregnancy, then ovarian cancer at age 58. Wonder if IUD started it all.
