I will be adding my prayers too. I am thankful for being alive today. Ronni
Thank you for the info. I pray daily, but I am so happy many will be joining me this Wed. I will be praying for a CURE and for all of you amazing women! With love, Deandra
I'm not catholic or anything but I'll light a candle for your mom and put it in the window. It won't help her find her way home, but maybe she will see it and know that her light shines through those of us still fighting. We fight for those who can't, and none of us should ever forget that. We are here. We are alive, and we must never give up the fight.
Hey is that you or him? It doesn't sound like him. I am going to send you and email tomorrow. I have to go to bed now it is 12:30 am. I hope you are writing from the coziness of home kiddo.
Love,
Jan
Everyday is prayer day here too....but it's nice to have a special day for all of us. I'll be first cab off the rank, as we are about 16 hours ahead of the U.S.. Thinking of you all, and you are all in my daily prayers. Looking for better days for every OvCa person.....love..Helen...
Thank you so much for this post. I want to pray for all those who are fighting this disease that new more effective treaments are developed. I pray for early detection and better screening tests. I want to pray for the families of those suffering from OVCA, may their support never waver and for continued strength to stand by those suffering. And for all those who have lost their fight and their families that they continue to find new ways to make people understand how horrible and unfair this disease is and that we need a cure.
I will be a day ahead of you all but none the less I will be praying :) There are many women that I have read on here and you all have such beautiful souls that flow along the lines that you put out here on this forum. I can tell that lives have been touched, friendships made and hope given. God Bless you all ....

Thanks for letting us know. I will be praying. Shelly
I also would like to say thank you for that information as I did not know that either. I will add my prayers Wed. as well. Chris
Thank you freshair, I will remember.
note to SimplyStar: I will join you in your prayer, starting tonight. The Lord has already given me the miracle of you wonderful ladies and I am so grateful.
God bless all. Angie
Thanks, I didn't know that either. Every day is prayer day here and unfortunately our prayer list just keeps expanding.
"The Transvaginal Ultrasound cost $200. Doctors say it's just one of several tests worth paying for"
"Screening mammograms generally cost between $50 and $150."
That is not much difference for all of the things it detects and if everyone were having them the cost would come down.
Jan
I would add another prayer - for an inexpensive, noninvasive way to diagnose OVCA - like mammograms for breast cancer. If something like that could be developed, DRs would order it, insurance companies would pay for it, and women would stop dying needlessly! You and all OVCA sufferers will always be in my prayers!
OH Lord, I ask you for a miracle, grant the wisdom to someone, to find the cure for Ovarian Cancer. Save the many women faced with this disease, now and in the future. Ease the pain and suffering of those that endure this dreadful condition at the present time. Give them all hope for a bright future, free of cancer. AMEN
This is the prayer I say nightly Marty
didn t know, will be in the many. thanks
I didn't know that. Will add my prayers as well (especially remembering two of my friends going through chemo).
