Hi Susan, nice to meet you out in Sunny CAL!  I was stationed just outside Rverside for a couple of years back in the late seventies.  I was AF then working the B52s at March AFB.  Me and a couple of others rented a house in Sunnymead, about a block from the raceway.  Great house but cheap because it was at the end of the flightline and noisy!  We didn't mind, we worked during the loud times and were use to it anyway.  I have some great memories of California, especially that the was beach, mountains etc within a couple of hours and we never ran out of things to do off duty!  So are you from California?

Husband and I are going out to dinner at a Chinese restaurant. But we are not leaving for a while. Since I am in the mood for Chinese, though, for the party I will drop off some nice hot egg rolls along with some sauce. Sounds good, doesn't it?

Long tough week at work...and, I wanted to say that I have not gotten back to a thread asking for hormone information. I apologize...kidney stone surgery for DH and again, a difficult week at work for me. But, I will get back to those who had questions. I may start a new thread and call attention to the response that way...we'll see. For now, enjoy the evening!

Darling Daughter coming home from college tomorrow night for the summer. A senior next fall! Where did the time go?

Hi Mary -  Yes, born and raise in California.  We live about five miles from the beach, so we generally have wonderful weather.  My 15-year-old daughter is in Houston right now doing a summer intensive with Houston Ballet.  Wow, the weather has sure been a shock for her!

Hello all :-)  I'm in NY, about 65 miles north of NYC.  Good company and a virtual cosmo is all I am having tonight since I would like to sleep and plan on taking something more than Tylenol later.  

I had to cancel my trip to the mountains with the best SO ever.  We'd been planning to leave today for 4 days alone, fishing and painting and relaxing.  Too uncomfortable and scared to go where there is no phone right now.  My surgery is a few weeks away.  M
