I was in the ER last night after 2 months of feeling full and like I should burst with pain. I was told that I have bleeding cysts, no more than that but to see a GYN in the next couple of days. I do have an appt for the am. I have been looking and everything that explains my pain is linked to ovarian cancer. I have a history of cancer in the family.
Can these be cancer, how can they be sure just cysts? I little nervous!
anxiety and fear can be consuming.
If you are havig trouble functioning because of your fear, you should see your primary care doctor for a discussion about interventions tohelp you during this difficult time.
It sounds like you gynecologist is doing all the right things to evaluate you. From the information you have shared, I don't see anything that makes me worry about cancer.
I hope everything works out
Got home from Doctor. We have decided to go and look. Cyst is 2cm but my uterus is 11.6. Just by his talking, which he didn't say a whole lot, I am not getting a happy feeling. Didn't say much about the cyst, but metioned my enlarged uterus. I lost another 2 lbs in just over a week. I don't lose wieght that easy-haven't been eating much, but. I was thinking he would put me on birth control pills and wait. Instead I decided to have a look and he said when in there if things look bad he will remove. Does this mean he plans on having too? REALLY NERVOUS NOW!
