Estrogen replacement therapy

Dear doctor,
I am 35 years old,before 4 years i had total hysterectomy with bilateral ovarectomia, omentectomia Dagnose  Immature teratoma grade 1, stage II C, size 20/15 sm without metastasis in reg. LN, but with neuro implants on the surface of the peritoneum. Chimiotherapy: 2 cycles vincristine, cis-platine, bleomicine, 3 cycles BEP. Before treatment AFP 90 ng/ml, CA 125 60. Now both normal. The problem: Low libido. Is it posible to take hormone replacemennt therapy with estrogens for example TTc system- Climara or something else?

I am in a similiar situation...37 and dx with stage 1 last year (not teratoma though).  My gyn/onc doesn't recommend HRT for me.  From all I have read, I don't want to risk it.  I think sometimes women do take HRT though.  It is a really personal decision.  Your dr. would be the best one to advise on that.  Good luck.
