HELP

I recently been told i need to get tested for ovarian cancer and cervical cancer. Cause it runs very highly in my family on both sides.I have no medical insurance and i havent had a pap smear in 7 years. Anyways I been havin really sharp pains inside my vagina feels like theres a ball inside of me more like 2 or 3 of them. Frequent goin to the bathroom.lower back pain, night sweats, stayin tired, dizzy and i guess you call it blackouts. Cause one minute i be watchin tv the next i be passed out asleep and not remembering doing it. my roomate finds me alot doin this. I been like this for a few month. And havin pain all in my abdominal area upper and lower area. could this be fibroids,sign of ovarian cancer or what. I use to keep cysts on my ovaries and have irregular periods Please help. I have no medical insurance live in DC and in pure hell

Hey there. The sooner you get checked out the better. I agree with Jan, there are places that will take you, you just have to search for them. Ovarian cancer is rare, but TIME is very important, you want to catch it early to give you a greater chance of survival. Let us know how it goes, with love - Deandra

There are numerous programs in the DC area that provide medical care for those with no insurance.   I am sure once you get looking around on your computer you will find an abundance of info on affordable or free healthcare in the DC area. You should definitely have it checked out though.  You could be putting yourself in a worse situation than you could possibly imagine.  Find some way to pay for a visit or get to a free clinic but have it checked now.  Good luck to you.
