Sharon...I had fuzz within a month. I was happiest when my eyebrows and lashes started coming back in. I would say at 8 wks. after chemo stopped, I had some real hair to call my own. IOW, enough up there to stop wearing hats. It was obvious that my hair was growing back in, but I didn't care. I got rid of the hats as soon as I could.
I will say my eyelashes have never been the same. They are not as thick or long as before chemo. I really miss them. It's tough to put on mascara now. Most of the time, I just go without eye makeup.

Nothing yet. I always felt naked without mascara as a redhead, my lashes were very light without it. I don't feel like buying clothes or anything cuz I feel like I look like an alien LOL.
I had fuzz starting about a month after. My eyelashes came back but are now falling out. UGH. I don't know what to do. I'm missing eyelashes from the middle for about 1/3 inch toward my noseNose fracture. Mascara looks really funny. Everybody keeps telling me how much my hair is growing, but it feels like it's stopped. I had my last chemo July 3. No hat, no scarf, no wig.
I lost my eyebrows and eyelashes last -- and got them back right away. I had used false eyelashes occasionally -- and a little eyebrow pencil rather regularly -- when I was hairless. False eyelashes are easier when they have something to lay on, but it made me feel better to try. I would surely try falsies if my eyelashes came back thin. Of course, I'm old enough to have worn them when I got married (1970).
I finished chemo mid April of this year. I have a full head of hair now. It came back thicker, curlier but gray!! Colored it about a month ago. My eyelashes came in thicker as well, eyebrows kind of thin. I started getting soft fuzz about a month out, quit wearing hats right after that. No bad hair days now, cuz when I have hair, its a good hair day:) Congrats on getting the necessary evil over with. Kerry
Sharon,
I know how you feel. It just does not happen near fast enough. I had fuzz before I finished my last treatment but my eyebrows and lashes, which are always the last to go, are the last to come back also. It seems to take forever.
Chris
Can you see any coming back in? If so, what color do you see?

Congratulations on completing your chemo!
