I am concerned. PLEASE RESPOND!

30 urs old woman, smoker but working on quitting.  I have noticed through reading that I have many symptoms of ovarian cancer. I believe I have possible wndometriosis so idk if that could cause these types of issues even off my period.  But the chance that
this pain could be cancer scares
the living hell out of me.  My
mother had a ruptured ovary and
My grandmother died of ovarian cancer.  What tests should I gave to make sure there is no cancer in
mtly ovaries or other female
organs? I have had a TVU but what
other tests would help me find
out? Am I a high risk? Please help!

You need to discuss this with your gyn.  

Chances are that being so young you do not have ovarian cancer and the pain could just be caused by ovulation.  If you have a TVU and there are no masses on  your ovaries, then chances are you do not have ovarian cancer.  There are no early detection test available for Ovarian Cancer that is why most cases are diagnosed late stage, the signs and symptoms at one point thought to be silent, do exist.  

Discuss you family history with your doctor and see what they suggest.  Yes, it is possible that you are at a slightly higher risk due to your grandmother having ovarian cancer, but, the risk is very minimal.
