In pain and don't know what is wrong!!

I am 25 years old and I went to the doctor for a routine pap last week. The doctor said he found a thickness on my left ovary. I have three children, all by c-section, and I had my tubes tied with the last one. I am in a lot of pain no matter what I do. If I sit or stand too long it hurts, lay down it hurts, and when I use the restroom it hurts. Anyway you look at it, I hurt no matter what I am doing. I need some help and advice on what could be wrong with me. Can someone please tell me what could be wrong? I am scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow and would like to know some possibilites about what could be wrong so I am prepared. Thanks!!

Hi there,
I dont have any answers for you unfortunately, but i did want take a moment to let you know that you are not alone! I have been in the same boat for about a month and a half now...well, longer, actually, but its been really bad here lately. I am awaiting my first doctors appointment, if i ever find anything out, ill let you know! Oh, btw: the *only* thing that i have found to relieve any of the pain for a few blessed moments is a *Super* hot bath in which i try to entirely submerge myself in....like i said, it only helps for awhile, but so far its the only thing that does. Anyway, i wish you the best! And i hope everything turns out okay for you :)
