New Ovarian Cancer My MedHelp Theme

Hi,

In honor of September being the National Ovarian Cancer Awareness month, we have designed a special theme to recognize this. This is our first theme like this and we hope this is something you will use to help spread awareness about Ovarian Cancer. To change your theme, just go to My MedHelp and click on the "gears" circle. The Ovarian Cancer theme is the first theme on the second row. Please let us know and feedback and thank you.

Sorry, I didn't see your reply until just now. I just looked at your profile and it looks like you figured it out. How did you do it?

Thank you. I click on the gears, the row of colors comes up, I hit refresh and the row of colors is still the only thing that comes up. I have no idea what I am doing wrong! It is probably something simple, but haven't figured it out yet! Thank you though :)

Try hitting refresh AFTER you click the "gears" and see the row of color choices. Maybe that will work.

Ah, I've been clicking and refreshing all over the place and only had color choices. I don't know if the two gears (small and large) do different things. They seem to be in one "box" for function; I'm referring to the 2 gears in the bubble.

Now I finally see the second row. Is there only one theme icon so far? I hope they add a heart related one some day, maybe before February (hint, hint).

I went to the "gear" and opened it up ... then I hit refresh.  That took me back to the main page on my site and I had to hit the "gear" again ... this time it showed up....first icon on the 2nd row

Thre is a teeny tiny what looks like a gear to me...(with this eyes) next to account setting.. I am laughing now cause I see its not a gear but a design.. Ronni

    Thank you for honoring us in this special way. I also had only one row and after hitting refresh was able to change.
  But Ronni, I only see one set of gears on my page. I guess if there are supposed to be two then I need to figure out how to see the other one.

Hi,

If you don't see the second row, when you hit the gear box, hit "refresh" on your browser. It looks like some people are getting the old look stuck in their cache. Let us know if that works and sorry about that.

Gail,just firgured out my problem duh.. you could not see mine on my lap top screen.. there are 2 sets of gears  a tiny one for changing emails etc and the large one.. the large one was off my lap top... I shrunk my favorites and could see it... thanks... Ronni

For those that don't have it, when you click on the "gears" circle, do any of the themes come up?

I don't know about anyone else but I don't have two rows of themes.  Anyone else?
