PMS Pain Near Cyst

Hi Girls.  Have a question.  I think I am PMSing (although I am never 100% sure these days), and I am having a lot of pain around the ovary where the cyst is.  I am also having a lot of pain (more than normal)in my lower back and pelvic region, especially on the side where cyst is.  Back pain started yesterday, and actually feels better when I lean forward.  Some noticable left shoulder pain today, as well.  Normal symptoms??  I do not feel myself at all today, but I do tend to blow things off.  Should I be concerned?

Hey there.  It could be referred pain coming from the cyst.  The pain can travel and end up in other places in the body.  I wish you did not have to go through this, hopefully it will be resolved soon.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.
