I have to say that I too would have been thrilled to find out that there was a baby in there instead of what it really was.
Love the toilet seat story. I raised Brandon by myself and when he got a little older (old enough to know the difference) I used to tell him that I caught him off a toilet seat. By then he was old enough to tell me that I was "gross"
It is hard to imagine someone carrying a baby full term and not knowing it. I guess that means that they just don't get out much? But how wonderful that the baby was just fine.

Congrats to the British mom. The farmers daughter, too funny. I always heard not to throw a toothpick in the toilet "things pole vault". Guess no one told her, Lol.
I remember in the ER one night, a farm family brought their daughter in with "stomach cramps", she delivered a full term 8 pounder. The actual statement to us was " she must have "caught it" from a toilet seat. OMG
Even at my age I would have been thrilled if they had pulled out a healthy 7 lb baby instead of 10 lbs of tumor. That is a great story Marty. I don't know how you can go that long without knowing you are pregnant, but I guess if it was her first one. I can't even imagine what her life will be like now. Oh boy!!!
That has to be the best ending to a fearful diagnosis that I've ever heard. Love, Judie :)
I knew a woman that was in surgery with her gyn to remove a massive fibroid. The fibroid was actually a full term healthy baby boy. He is my age now and his mom was a resident at my nursing home. This was a story her family loved to tell. Marie
