FINDINGS: CHEST: A right IJ port remains in place with the tip in the SVC. The heart size remains normal. The lungs are clear without pulmonary parenchymal nodule or infiltrate. Several right apical blebs are unchanged. There is no axillary, hilar, or mediastinal lymphadenopathy. The thyroid gland is normal. There is no pleural or pericardial effusion. ABDOMEN/PELVIS: The liver, spleen, pancreas, adrenal glands, and kidneys are normal. A 1.8 cm well circumscribed, enhancing mass between the left adrenal gland and left renal vessels is grossly unchanged from a CT performed in 2002 and most likely represents an aneurysm or less likely an adrenal nodule. There is no interval change in the small omental nodules and tiny mesenteric lymph nodes. There is no free fluid or free air. The bowel is not thickened or dilated.  A 3 x 2.3-cm mass adjacent to the vaginal cuff is unchanged from the prior exam. No new masses in this region are identified. Small external iliac nodes are normal in size. There are no lytic or blastic bone lesions.  IMPRESSION: 1. Stable 3 x 2.3-cm mass adjacent to the vaginal cuff. Prior TAH/BSO. 2. No change in small omental nodules and tiny mesenteric lymph nodes. 3. Well circumscribed, enhancing 1.8 cm mass between the left adrenal gland and left renal vessels is unchanged since 2002 and most likely represents an aneurysm or less likely an adrenal nodule. 4. Right IJ port remains in place.
