I am experiencing severe bloating and even if I refuse to eat all day due to this and drink fluids as water, CrystalCrystal b-12 Light, etc. I still bloat noticeably--appearing pregnant. At times the bloating is so severe my stomach is in pain. I have always had weight issues, but whatever diet, exercise regimen, or fluids I alter I am so bloated and with time passing my upper abdomen is becoming larger. Is this just getting older and typical weight gain or could there be a medical problem?

hi
It wouldn't be weight gain if it was all in your stomach and you have severe stomach pain. It could be a dairy allergy if its accompanied by alot of gas or it could be a gynecological problem. I would go to the Doc right away and get a pelvic exam and ultrasounds.
