bulky uterus,heavy bleedy and cystic ovary

according to my US report my uterus is enlarged and bulky with irregular contour and heterogenous myometrium along with multiple fibriods,the largest measuring 4.2x4.7x3.7cm in the posterior wall near the fundus.endo metrium is of normal thickness with IUCD in lower uterine segment.i had a problem of heavy bleeding so my doc suggested to insert MIRENA.its been 6 month since i inserted it. my bleeding has been controlled but now instead on one menstrutional cycle,2 cycles per month have started.

i also have an ovarianal cyst measuring 4x4.6x3.4 cm. volume  33ml.no free fluid in cus-de-sac.

apart frm that i have a polyp in gall bladder.it measure 0.7x0.7mm rounded echogenic non mobile focus with no posterior shadowing in fundus and it appears to be attached to anterior bladder wall.

now my problem is that i feel severe pain in my right and left parasagittal plane both on anterior and posterior wall.so wat medicine should i take for this gall bladder polyp.and wat is the cure for this ovarianal cyst.could it be cancerous.if u need my scanned images plz contact me on my e-mail address

I don't know if you think you have posted on the MD forum or not, however I would not know what to do with your scanned images.  What does your Dr. tell you about the cause of your pain? any of your 3 problems could be causing you pain, the GB in the upper right, and the cyst depending on the side it is on.  Good luck
