can it be cancer this soon

Hi, I am forty six with two children 5 and nine years old. I have a history of colon polyps and endometriosis. 10 mos ago I had a laporoscopy. they found endo and cysts wrapping around my fallopian tubes. They removed the tubes and got rid of as much endo as possible. They found no cancer at that time. for the last 3 or 4 mos I have had discomfort. So I went to my new doctor(had to change because of insurance change) just before my last period because I was doubled over in pain. Had a vaginal ultrasound, they found 4cm simple cyst on right ovary and 2.5 cm complex cyst on left which I feel throbbing all the time. The radiologist said he couldn't say if it was benign. When I had theproblem before the old radiologist was able to see that it was probably a chocolate cyst. Could a cancerous cyst have formed during the ten months and if so how far could it have spread.  I took a ca 125 blood test before and it was 45 even though I didn't have cancer . Now I've take another test but I'm a little nervous to find out the results since it did"t give good info before. I have a uncle who died of colon cancer and Aunt who died of breast cancer. Thanks for your help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi There
you most likely have progression of your endometriosis. You will continue to have symptoms until either menopause or surgical intervention.
The cure for severe endometriosis is the complete surgical removal of uterus, cervix, tubes and ovaries.
best wishes
