enlarged anteverted uterus

i had a pelvic ultrasound and it shows homogeneous anteverted measuring12.8cmx5.8cmx6.5cm in dimension.Normal endometrial lining. Both ovaries shows normal size and echotexture. No adnexal masses or free fl;uid at the cul-de-sac-seen. iMPRESSION: SLIGHTLY ENLARGED ANTEVERTED UTERUS. THIS WAS DONE ON OCT, 15 2007 I AM SCARE OF THIS COULD SOMEONE TELL ME IF this is serious do i have cancer or fibroisis.

thankyou for responding i was just scared cause my mother went through cancer surgery on 1990 she had her uterus and ovaries taken out in n.y and had no quimo therapy now on oct of 2003 her left breast was taken out because she had cancer was given  quimotherapy for aperiod of 3 months and lazer rays for 28 days through thanks godi take her every year to have her examen and for now nothing else has appeared. but the doctor told me that it's herited is it true we live in puerto rico and here the medical system is not that great but they saved my mother but i was afraid because it says i have a enlarged anterverted uterus and i wanted to know going to my gyn on monday if god forbids thankyou and god bless you,
