ovarian cyst or cancer

I'm having some pain in my lower left abdomen, I'm constipated and I haves a feeling like I need to relieve my bowels all the time.  I feel full and achy.  Like I havse my period every day.  My GP performed a pelvic exam and said she thinks it's an ovarian cyst.  Everywhere I look online doesn't metion constpation as a symptom of that.  Is it?  I'm 35 otherwise healthy, active etc.  These symptoms came on eather suddenly about two weeks ago.  My doctor didn't think that was a long time, but it sure feels like one to me!  I'm very scared it's ovca. Please advise.

I had a transvaginal ultrasound and a pelvic ct scan.  Both test revealed masses in my uterus which the doctor says are fibriods.  Can they tell that by looking?  Can they know if it's cancer?  I'm absolutely terrified!  They say there are several.  What should I do?  I'm really worried.

Hi There,
It is hard to know what is going on without more information such as the finding oft he physical exam, blood work, xray studies such as an ultrasound. You should ask your doctor what is the next step. It is scary to not feel well and it is helpful to have a followup plan. There are some situations where an evaluation of the bowel is important as well
take care
