Ovarian cancer worry

Hello Since July this year I have been having menstrual type cramping, bloated abdomen. I am post menopausal for 2 years. I have had pelvic exam 2 different doctors, cat scan, tvus, abdominal ultrasound, colonosocopy, blood tests. All were negative, I just recently went to a gastroenterologist who diagnosed me with IBS. I was told to take align probiotic, which I did for 30 days did not help, My primary doctor is sending me to get a gastric emptying scan. I was just hoping you could possibly give me  more suggestions as to what could be my next step. Also I did have a abdominal xray, which showed pelvic calcifications. My concern is that the menstrual type cramping has been ongoing for 5 months.

Thank you in advance

Hi There
you have had a good evaluation but at your age, a laparoscopy, and biopsy of the lining of the uterus would rule out any gyn issues
take care
