pain in right ovary

I am 28 years old and have been having pain in right side for about 2 years now. I used to feel like the pain was about the size of a nickel, but now feels like it is the size of a half dollar. The pain starts in my right ovary but also hurts in my hip, and down my right leg.(stopping just before my knee) I went to the doctor when it started, and she sent me for sonograms, internal sonograms, and another test. She said that something showed up, but she thought it was just the clamp where they tied my tube. Told me not to come back till I can't take the pain anymore. Recently it has bee hurting much more. It's been 3 weeks now and it hurts everyday. (not all day, but everyday) Started after my last period. I am getting nervous because I am going to a different doctor. Has anyone have pain like this and what can it be, should I be as worried as I am. I keep wanting to cancel appointment, but I hurt too much and am scared. Any help with this would be great. I also have heavy periods and alot of clotting. Is that normal?

I feel abit better after reading this. I though i was ALONE on this one. I have had the exact same pain in my right ovary that burns, and shoots down to my legs and stops at the knee, but my feet tingles for YEARS!!!! I have taken 2 ultrasounds and the doc saw some fluid in the right ovary and said it's normal. We repeated that test maybe 2 months later, saw same thing, said all is normal. BUT I DON'T FEEL NORMAL!! i feel like ****! It has gotten worse because i use to be on the seasonal birth control pills and then he took me off of them. So it's been almost a year now that i have stopped taking the pills. The pain is worst if i have to go to the washroom too pee or do a number 2. It's like an huge pressure on the right ovary. I want to know if there is a test that just focuses on the ovaries that i could take? because it honestly feels like something is growing over there and it is very sensitive. 1 poke and i'm in pain for days. I'm booked to meet with a gyn in march this year but thats so farrr away and i need a solution now!!! Will keep u all posted on my progression

I have been going to the doctor's for abut 6 months because I am gaining weight like crazy...so far it is 60 lbs. I also have edema and my doctor is clueless to why it is happening. I also have severe pain in my right ovary but it is accompanied with very dark brown discharge. When the ovary is pressed on I leak more dark brown discharge. My doctor has already referred me to a rhumatologist because the pain in my wrists, ankles, feet, and legs get so bad that it takes a while for me to get going in the morning. But since I dont have insurance the rhumatologist says he won't treat me and "he doesn't think i have a rhumatoid problem" I do have to get a full abdominal ultrasound but I was going to wait until I get insurance again. I also had many blood tests done and everything has been coming back good except for I have a sed rate of 39 and a c-reative protein of 25. Once again they can't figure anything out. I also had all my hormones checked and everything is normal.

SORRY FOR ALL MY BABBLING, I JUST REALIZED HOW MANY ERRORS I MADE IN TYPING. GOOD LUCK LADIES.
ANYONE HAVE WATER RETENTION(EDEMA) OR ANYTHING I DESCRIBED?

I GOT A CA-125 TEST(IT WAS NORMAL).
I AM OK ON PAPER BUT PHYSCIALLY A MESS. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I AM DIAGNOSSING MYSELF. ALL SERIOUSNESS I HAVE SEEN AT LEAST 15-20 DOCTORS AND I EVEN ASKED FOR LACROSCOPY SURGERY, THEY SAID I WAS TO YOUNG AND THAT THE SURGERY WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY BE REPEATED. THIS PAIN FEELS LIKE SCIATICA BUT IN THE FRONT AND IN THE GROIN.

OBGYNS REFERED ME TO A FERTILTY DOCTOR TELLING ME THAT PCOS AND ENDO IS NO THEIR EXPERTIE. THE FERTILTY DOCTOR WAS HORRIBLE, I KNEW MORE THAN SHE DID. EVERY DOCTOR KEEPS REFERING ME TO ANOTHER SPECIALIST. I HAVE HAD EVERYTHING CHECKED.

SHE SAID I SHOULD SYILL GO AND GET MY SONOGRAM. I HAVE A FOLDER SO THICK OF ALL MY TESTS OVER A 2 YEAR PERIOD AND NO ONE CAN SEEM TO HELP. I AM SO SCARED. ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE IS NOT ONE SPECIALIST THAT CAN EXPLAIN THE EDEMA.

I've been having pain in my ovaries for about week....pain is worsening each day.  At first I thought it was just my Crohn's disease because I'm having diarrhea, bloating, gas, loss of appetite, nausea, and weight loss.  I looked up the symptoms I'm having including the pain in my ovaries, and they are symptoms for ovarian cancer.  Has anyone else had these symptoms?
