Systems Ovarian Cancer, not gastric?

I have been seen by a Gastric Specialist since March, for nausia, bloating, lower back pain, and some indigestion. All my tests have come back normal, and no diagnosis has been reached. I was told that my stomach is most likely not entirely empting fast enough, and that is causing my discomfort. I am not convienced. What are my next steps, and who should I see?

You didn't say what the tests were that you had done with the gastro specialist. There might be more testing from their end too. I would also suggest that you see your gyn and request a TVUS.  Let us know!

I would suggest that you see your GYN and have a transvaginal ultrasound and a CA125 blood test done to rule out ovarian cancer. Then you'll have one more thing to cross off your list.
Good luck.
