Complex Ovarian Cyst (9.3 cm)

Hello everybody.
I'm from Toronto ,ON.
I'm very worry about myself.
I have liver adenomas and breast fibroadenoma (it grow up)
Also I have result of my ultrasound
PELVIC AND TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND
The uterus is of normal size and texture. The endometrium is prominent at 17 mm diameter. Normal right ovary.
There is a left tubal ovarian cystic complex measuring in total 9,3X 3.8 X 5.6 cm
No other lesions are seen in the pelvis.

summary: There is a left tubal ovarian cystic complex

My doctor didn't sent me for other tests.
What should I do.

I'm really worry about. How long is waiting appointment  and laparoskopy in Toronto^?

Thank you. I'm not pregnancy, I passed test.
In Toronto to hard have a second opinion., unfortunately.
How math is this laparoscopy in USA?

I had a friend with cyst issue that sounds similar you yours. She had to see multiple doctors to get any help. One said it would heal on its own but she was in pain. Seeking relief she saw another that wanted to cut the whole thing out. Eventually at least 3 docs latter they just did some scraping and meds. Right after that was finished she got pregnant. So just hang in and find a second opinion and I am sure you'll be ok.
