I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Do you want to know what you can do to keep your wife from getting cysts? I would suggest getting an appointment with her gynecologist. She may be able to put her on birth control pills to help to keep her form getting cysts. The best place to ask you question is to her gynecologist. I can tell you that a lot of women get pregnant with only one ovary. I wish you and your wife luck. I hope you get the answers you seek.
