Try to find a hospital in your area that has a gyn clinic that will see you with no or little charges. Your best bet is to try a teaching hospital as they usually have a clinics. If you are in pain you should go to an ER and they have to see you. At your age cysts are very common, but you could have a condition called Poly Cystic disease, which means you produce cysts continually with your cycles. There are medications that can help and you should be evaluated. Go on the internet and do a google search for all the hospitals in your area and call them to find out if they have an ob/gyn clinic or ask them to refer you to one that does. You shouldn't have to live in pain and be worried all the time, there are treatments that can help you.
Good luck and let us know if you have any luck.

No one is denied medical care in an ER in the US.  If you are in pain, go and be checked.

Most ovarian cysts are benign, over 95 percent of them and it is also "common" to have cysts come and go and even burst at different points during your menstrual cycle.  Chances are it is nothing, but, if you are uncertain, then you need to be checked.

Good luck to you and there is a cyst forum where you might be able to get some additional information.
