HELP! Sound like a cyst to you gals?

Hi everyone! I have a question regarding cysts and their symptoms.  I have looked up symptoms and there are so many and some imo arent detailed enough.. Anyways Ill tell you my story and see if any of you relate.

Back in Aug/Sept i had lower abdominal pressure quite bad, went to the Dr and she did a UTI test which came back Pos. Gave me meds and sent me on my way.  I took the meds starting that day and by the end of the day the pressure was gone. then  about a month later I got the pressure again, lasted 2 days and went away so I didnt think alot about it.  Then in Nov sometime I got the pressure again, but happened to go to the dentist who had to prescribe antibiotics due to a infection in a broken tooth. the pressure went away.  Around the last 2 weeks of Nov i started using my exercise bike and the next day I felt a slight pain in left ovary area. didnt go on the bike again for a week, then tried again, sure enough next day had the pain, and again pain went away after 1 day. Also Nov 23rd I got the pressure again, went to the Dr, she did a uti test which was Neg. so nothing was done but the pressure went away on its own after a day or 2.  then in Dec I was wrapping gifts and decorating for Xmas and was doing alot of bending, the next day got the pain.. went away again after 1 day.

Com Jan 6th I got the pressure back, but this time it didnt go away and along with it i could feel slight pain/discomfort in left ovary area. it was/is not a horrible pain, more a discomfort, on a scale of 1-10 id say 3 or 4.. it almost feels like something is on the ovary or the ovary is swollen.  I dont feel it all day, just if i sit a certain way or if i move a certain way, when i have the pressure i feel it all in most of my pelvic area but moreso on that left side.  the pressure was nonstop for about a week or so and drinking tons of water made it better, as did laying down.

I went to the Dr and she did yet another UTI test, neg.  I have to go for an ultrasound on Wed and I am absolutly terrified(I have been crying nonstop from the worry ).

My question is, does this sound like a cyst? Also is pressure on and off normal with cysts? does laying down or drinking tons of water help any of you? Im scared out of my wits and none of my female friends have ever had cysts(That they know of) Thanks in advance ladies!
