Can reoccuring Cyst (complex cyst and regular fluid cyst) cause infertility?

Can reoccuring Cyst (complex cyst and regular fluid cyst) cause infertility?

Ive had reoccuring cyst for about two years. I have been in the hospital quite a few times because of them. Im only soon to be 20 and i have no children at the moment. I havent exactly been trying but I am sexually active. I use protection for the most part. Well on the 26th of july I had unpretected sex 3 times. We did not use any method to try to prevent pregnancy. Im dumb for that im aware. Anyway My scheduled period was August the 12 and seeing as it is now august 20th, Im late and wondering. Im only 9 days late and i did take an HPT a few days ago coming back as negative. Ive been told that these cyst can lower my chances at having children. I figured if it is possible for me to have kids that i would be by now right? Well Im not so sure i can have kids anymore. I know im young and this shouldnt be a concern right now but im thinking about my future. Id rather know now that i cant have kids than wait until im ready then find out that there is no possiblity. Does anyone know any info or advice on this?

Well Im leaning more towards the idea that i have another cyst right now. Ive been feelings some pressure on my right ovary. Its hard to explain but definatly a feeling i recongnize. Im not sure what this all means as far as being able to have a child. Thank you though, for your input!

Hi littlemissme93,
I had a ruptured right ovarian cyst 19 years ago, they thought I had appendicitis as they both have the same symptoms. They cleaned up the mess that was there from the cyst as well as taking my appendix.

I dont know if ovarian cysts prevent you from falling pregnant or not. I fell pregnant with my son 6 months after I had my ruptured ovarian cyst. I had never  tried to fall pregnant before then..

So hope all goes well for you and are able to have children.
