periods and TTC after right ovary removal

I am 22 years old and while TTC I found out that I had endometriosis and a five cyts on my right ovary. I had a laporoscopy and colposcopy done in July. They removed the cysts and the endometriosis. The beginning of August the pain was back and did a LEEP procedure. Within 2 weeks of the LEEP, it was back again. During an ultrasound in September they discovered more cysts on the right ovary and fluid in my fallopian tube. October 11th, I had surgery where they removed a chocolate cysts the size of my ovary along with 4 smaller cysts on the right ovary. They also removed more endometriosis. It has been almost 2 months later and I just started my second period since the surgery. I started five days early and was hit was horrible pain. Im still in horrible pain and it seems like it is the same as all the times before. My periods are extremly heavy. My husband and I are still TTC due to the doctor saying I will have to have a hysterectomy in about a year if it keeps coming back like this. What Im wondering is has anyone else gone through this? How long did it take you to get pregnant afterwards? Am I just being paranoid?? I know it is too soon to expect to get pregnant but im wondering if it will even happen...

I am so sorry you have had so much trouble!  Endo is a pain!  I did not have endo as severe as you, but I did have surgery and a repeated cysts prior to conceiving my kids.   Did your doctor mention the possibility of putting you on birth control pills for a short period of time to try to get your hormones regulated?  I know this is counterproductive to trying to conceive, but, if it may be worth it to help get the hormones back to normal.  It can take some time to get back to normal after surgery.  You may want to see an expert in endo who may be able to offer your some other alternatives.  You have age on your side and I'll bet things will even out over time.  It may be a bit soon to expect to conceive.  I do think it would be a good idea to talk to an expert about options for helping regulate your hormones.
