Sweetheart, please get some therapy or counseling.  If you can't afford anything else, talk to a pastor and see if some help can be found.  I'm so sorry this happened to you.  All you can do is fight back, now, by getting yourself some help.

shellsa,  I can not forget that i was sexually abused, but i have learned to go on with life.  I managed to get through the court case with help from friends, but i have never forgotten, i wish i could but learning to go on with life and finding happiness helped.  the first thing i had to learn is that it was not my fault.  next was to find ways to feel better about myself.  talking helped, but the ecent changed my life.
