some dr thinks i can forget about this and move on

michelle here some phycoligist recons that i can forget about post trauma and move on but the thingis how hard i try to forget it it still sticks in my mind .weve just had some destressing news my dr found my abuse in her records now child youth and family have found out. i know its the past but its hard to forget it it gives me a headache
