PTSD and bypass surgery

I was diagnosed with PTSD several years ago related to my experience in the war. I went to counselling and after a couple years did great. I had heart bypass surgery almost two years ago and go through periods of exhaustion and feeling like something is eating me from inside. I've been to phyciastrists, counsellers and they all say it's not because of PTSD. I've been to every specialist and two cardio doctors and they say my heart is fine. It is affecting every aspect of my life. Does anyone have any experience with this"?
