many doctors like yours do prescribe pill therapy for PTSD but that is not enough to heal from it.  Has your doctor also mentioned a qualified counselor or therapist for you to see?  The hardest work involved with PTSD is the work that the patient does often hand in hand with his/her counselor or therapist.  Your therapist may also suggest a group counseling and that is another very good option.

Its hard though as you understand am sure what i mean is i know how i.feel but its hard to explain how im feeling, with so much going on in my head already, mental health issues, even i dont know whats wrong with me,but i dont think my doc giving me anxiety meds is my only answer i think the more down.and tired i am it triggers it alot,i mean i hear a noice i jump.out of my skin i cant answer door anymore,i keep my blinds nearly shut incase someone sees me and so on,so any more advice would b grateful, cause i dont.know who i am anymore, and my doctor i dont think hes really hearing me,:-(
