Please let her know that this is serious and warrants a trip to the doctor.
Make her understand how much this is hurting and how painful it is.
I know sometimes Mom's think there teen is over exaggerating but you need to make her understand you need to see the doctor pronto.
Tell her how long it has been going on and that your very concerned and absolutely not over exaggerating at all.
If you have to call and make the appointment yourself and then ask her if she would take you, this will convey to her how serious this is and how much it is bothering you.
I am sure she will know at that point your in pain and need to see the doctor.

My best friend 5 years ago had the same thing and I googled this below...It is what she was diagnosed with...but PLEASE Like Mellie4 stated talk to your parents and get in to see a doctor ASAP...:
Pleurisy Symptoms

You can have many symptoms with pleurisy.

•Chest pain: This is the most common symptom. The pain is generally a sharp, stabbing pain, but may also be a dull ache or a burning sensation. It is usually worse when you take a deep breath, cough, or move around. The pain is usually better if you take shallow breaths or lie on the side that hurts. Chest pain is what usually causes people with pleurisy to seek medical attention..

welcome- good luck and do  keep us posted...

I'd like to say welcome as well.  This really sounds like something you need to see a doctor about.   It could be your back pain and chest and side pain is related or it could be something different.

Have you mentioned this to your parents?  If not, you should.  Hopefully you'll get in to see your doctor soon and you can get to the bottom of it so you can enjoy the summer!

Hope you let us know how things turn out.
