Greetings everyone.
I have searched around the internet and couldn't find what I was after. Then this website popped up and I thought i'd give it a shot.
I have had this reoccurring wrist pain for about a year and a half. When it first happened and went away, I left it alone. The second time, I went to see my doctor, who sent me for x rays. The x rays came back that the wrist was sprained. I kept it wrapped up for a few days and it seemed fine. Ever since, every once in a while, it will just start up again with the same pain, in the exact same spot (the left wrist, on the outer half) There is no swelling with it, and no bruising.
I am wondering if it is just a weak spot in the wrist, that is aggrivated by certain movements or actions.
If this is the case, does anyone have any ideas on how to strengthen the wrist up?
Or, any way to deal with it? If I wrap it really tight, it seems to be pretty good, but then my hand gets sore from lack of circulation.
It's a big pain, and is ruining daily activities like snow shovelling, golfing, push ups, etc!
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
