Shoulder pain increase

The pain in my right shoulder is getting worse. I want to go see the trainer at my school but i am afraid he will say that i have to go see a doctor or worse not be able to play volleyball or softball right now. Any advice?

They give you good advice. Remember-the pain is there for a reason. your body is trying to tell you something.

U completely agree with Fenderson. Go get checked, it is not worth having problems for the rest of your life over something that may be easily fixed right now. Best wishes, Sissie

I am assuming that you are still in high school. I know that at the moment the absolute most important thing to you is playing sports. You have much life to live and for you to ignore pain you are setting yourself up for something that could be painful and bother you for the rest of your life. You need to see someone about it. They do amazing things in physical therapy to help you and you may miss fewer games than you think. Your body is telling you that something is wrong. You really should listen to it....
