Dr. I appreciate your time and effort to share your knowledge. Seems you're right maybe it came from old fracture or poor circulation of blood and it was trigger when I change my mode of exercise. Yes, I went to another Dr. For blood test like RF,UA,LATEXCRP & HLA-B27 etc. thank God all are negative results...

Though I still feel pain but not like before( warm compress often times)
May I take this opportunity to ask another question?

Early this morning, I felt numb to my hand(fingers) my hand is on my CHEST when I look at to my fingers they are wrinkles like so drain I massage it and it went to normal it's not my first time to experience it. Whats the possible cause? My hand not lifted up too high? Thank you again for your reply.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Hip joint pain can be due to arthritis, old fractures, avascular necrosis of head of thigh bone (poor blood supply), muscle strain, ligament tears within the joint, inflammation of tendon and even due to sciatica. Sacroiliac joint arthritis or dysfunction can also cause pain in lower back, hip and thigh. An X-ray of the joint, followed by MRI of the joint and lower spine, some blood tests, and nerve conduction studies may be required for confirmed diagnosis. So, X-rays alone would not be sufficient to diagnose the cause of your hip pain.
Take care!
