Horrible Pain Behind Ear

I am a 27 year old male, and I've had a HORRIBLE pain behind my two ears during all my life. I don't recall any specific time or event in which something happened and influenced this pain. The pain is horrible, it can lasts between 5 seconds or 1-2 minutes, but the intensity is what has me worried. This had been going on for all my life time and I would certainly like some answers.

I went to the doctor several times when I was 15 years and 27 years, but nothing was found. I have computerized tomography of my head and things are perfect. I don't know what is causing this, and I would like to know at least what might be the options that are causing it. This has been going on all my life. The pain is always in the same place and the same kind of pain.  The pain is located exactly behind my ear.

I don't have hearing loss. There is no redness behind my ear. No lump. No nothing, it's just the HORRIBLE pain, I have no other symptoms.
