I know they say it's not got to medicate while pregnant. I messed up my back a few years back and I have a prescription for Percocet 5mg. I take one a day to keep the aches and horrible pain out my spine. Has anyone ever had difficultys with there kid after taking Percocet while pregnant.

You should have mentioned to your doctor that you were taking that medication at your first prenatal appointment so that your doctor could've told you if it was ok or not and could have possibly found a safer medication instead. You should never hide medications from your doctor as you never know what kind of effects they could potentially have on your unborn baby...
I heard some women on this forum say they doc prescribed them percs before. You should bring it to your docs attention if the pills were prescribed to you. If not be careful because its illegal.
My aunt had scoliosis and took percs too and when she got pregnant her doctor said 5mg was fine just cant be an everyday thing.
The only narcotics safe during pregnancy are morphine and dilauded. But only 2mg. I would completely stop and bring it up to your doctor. Your baby's life is 100 percent more important .
It sounds to me like you want a reason to take those pills. You should know they are not healthy, if those types of medication are not good without being pregnant, image how bad it would be if you are.
Has there been any problems at any check ups during the time taking them? If you don't want to ask your doctor maybe look it up online where there could be more variety of others kothers with the possible same situation. Dont take my word for sure but I feel like since you're out of the first trimester and have taken previously while pregnant you should be okay
I'm already 33 weeks. I as to scared to bring it to my doctors attention. I didn't want them thinking I was abusing her. I've stoped when I was six months. But Im nervous cause I'm worried about development
