None, any doctor can call any other doctor and the same for a pharmacist. They have questions all the time.
YOU should have informed the dentist that you are on suboxone, and also of any other medicatioins , supplements, etc. that you regularly take. The pharmacist was probably contacting the dentist to find out what other medication the dentist wanted to prescribe for pain, now that the prescribed vicodin isn't an option. It's unfair to assume the pharmacist was out to get you. I also think you should have called your suboxone doctor yourself to find out what to take for our dental pain. The suboxone doctor would probably have given you a temporary increase in your suboxone dosage, in order to help with the (I assume) temporary dental pain. It sounds like your upset that you didn't get the vicodin filled. It's a good thing in the long run though, at least your not in trouble with your suboxone doctor.
