Pain from jumping?

So i went to sky high with my friends on a birthday party and we were basically playing hardcore trampoline dodge ball.
I am not exactly in the best of shape weight wise but i am still managing better than anyone else with my weight so that's good. Yeah so about 30 minutes in when you know the feeling of getting winded starts to take effect my chest starts hurting. My whole upper body when i hit the trampoline. I didn't worry about it too much and i thought rest would make it go away but its not going away that fast and this is kind of taking a toll on my because i have to use those muscles a lot in the beginning of my day and i am afraid i am going to break myself.
I am 14, and i am in lets say decent health. I am "at risk of anemia" . Personally i think i am anemic so yeah...'
So the question is should i talk to an orthopedist and get a chest x-ray. It pisses off my dad when he has to take me places to i am checking if its absolutely necessary.

Except for the bit caused by the lymph nodes in my neck. But their benign so its not that much breath, i can barely notice it in fact.

I am wondering if you are saying you hurt your chest or head if you are having shortness of breath to the point it feels like u can not catch your breath and when you push on either side it causes enough pain u can not stand it you may have bruised your chest plate a head injury shouldn't effect breathing it's something with your ribs is what I would guess with the vague info I'd say it's a bruised rib and  you will be fine in a few days

Without seeing you, there's no way to tell what's wrong.

But unless you took a really hard fall, or fell on your head, I doubt you've done any permanent damage.

Give it a few days -- it may just be that you've used muscles you don't normally use and they are sore.

Try hot baths with epsom salts.
