Pain in Head and stomach

Dera Dr,
my daughter is 6 years and 4 months old. For last 3 months she has been complaining of head pain .i have got her eyes also tested .Eyesight is all right. then i got her urine tested for routine and culture . In the urine test infection was seen .Dr advised medicine namely Cefixime tablets USP for 10 days one in the morning and one in the evening for five days alongwith this Nitrofurantoin tablet was also given once in the evening for thirty days Cefixime tablet was given from 4 Dec to 14 dec and Nitrofurantoin tablet was given from 4 dec to 24 dec ,with all these medication  her pain is not susiding. Now we are not giving her any medicine and for last two days she has been complaing of headache and stomach ache.At times it is quite terrible . Now dr has advised thyiroid test i e FT3,FT4 and TSH test along with MRI.Which I have yet to get done.
One more thing i would like to info that for last three years we have been seeing that she develops urine infection very frequntly for which we have been giving her antibiotics based on dr prescriptions.On an average she is being treated for this infection at least 2-3 times in a year.Presently she does not have any other problen except head and somach ache. i am quite worried .
Can U pl let me know the problen and solution .

sfbaygirl is right. My wife gets bad migraines and pukes almost every time. But at her young age it could be so many things. Get that MRI now!

Have they done an MRI or catscan?  She is pretty young to have migraines, but I would sure check with a Neurologist about the headaches. Migraines do cause somach pain. I remember being very nauseous with my migraines and I had them really bad starting at about 14.  Typically migraines can start at puberty, but I have heard of them earilar.
