You may want to look into a condition called arachnoiditis.  I sincerely hope that this is not the problem, as I suffer from a severe verson of it and can tell you from personal experience that it is H-E-doublehockeysticks on earth, but as this article will tell you, it is often hidden by attributing the symptoms to other things.  This condition is CAUSED by doctors, therefore they are loathe to admit to its existence or to shoulder the responsibility for someone getting it in the first place.

Hi and welcome to the community!

You are dealing with a lot and your story sounds very similar to mines as the evenings are usually the worst time of day for me.  Just this week after talking with my physician, we decided to create two different medication schedules...one for the weekends and one for the weekdays.  This has been very helpful for me as I am no longer in pain in the evenings on the weekdays, which has allowed me to do more with my family.  Instead, the pain has now shifted to the early morning hours and I have to set my alarm to wake up and take breakthrough pain medication to sleep through the night but I have it set up to wake up an hour before the pain the noticeable...this has allowed me to be able to go back to sleep right away versus laying in the bed in pain waiting for the medicine to work.  And since I am not up doing stuff, the pain medicine works a lot better.

As you read that, you probably noticed how unique it was to me.  Point being, everyone has there own plan for dealing with their pain as everyone is unique.  But you may want to try to switch up your schedule for taking medications to see if that helps your pain more.

Did you get the OK from a medical doctor to see a chiropractor for the pain?  The reason I ask is because chiropractors can make some conditions worse so it is best to make sure that it is safe approach to pain management.

Wishing you more days with less pain.
