Pain in okc,

Need help finding pain managment Dr in okc....long story short, have had 4 unsuccessful  surgerys since 04....somehow been lucky to have descant pain doc, till now!  Showed up for MO check & scrips.....doors locked, no lights,no answer on phone.  Oklahoma laws & rules always followed by me.....I have no job, not that I could even work without the meds at this point, No Medical Inshurance, can't pay much.  No Dr, will help w/out Inshurance or even with it, appt times are so backed up, I'm afraid I won't last the wait for an appointment.  SO depressed, never leave tha house, unless to buy dog food.So much pain. S/o is one foot out the door. No family, also having other age related health issues, can't sleep more than a few hours w/o waking up in horrible pain on both
Sides/lower back, wtf is that coming from? Life is not worth living like this. Supposed to have referral  for pain doc, from new gp doc, but nothing is getting done...so can't go on like this, it's not me anymore, want the old painless me back, I so don't like this me, an I'm sure no one else does either, can't take much more of this, just want to crawl in hole an die!  Does anyone know of a Dr that would/could help?  Would be great to have 1 doc to address all problems,but I am sure that would be way to easy on me, and become problem for any doc. Oh please Lord I need a angel to help me, or take me away.  Thanks for time to read this, just found this forum, hope I put question in correct place, even better if I can find again!
