Nate I second what Tuck said - I too have said many times that this is insane and noone should have to go through this. You need to get your doctor's attention and let him/her know how much you are suffering! Be persistent. Good luck - hang in there.

Hello Nate,

I am so sorry to hear about your pain but I am glad you have come to our Pain Management Forum. I know how you feel. I have often said the same in the past, "No one should have to go through this pain."

Have you had a medical work up on your cervical spine and lumbar spine o determine why you are having this pain. It is obvious why you are having pain in your leg. If you have not that I suggest you request some diagnostic testing such as an MRI.

It is clear that your pain is not controlled. Discuss this with your physician and tell him exactly how you feel medically. Explain to him how physically and emotionally draining and unbearable this chronic pain is on you. Hopefully he will recognize your need for additional pain control. If not than it is time to search for another physican, but lets not jump the to conclusions. Hopefully he will listen and respond.

Good luck to you. Please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. We are here to support you in any way we can. If you just need to vent we are here or you may send me a PM. Hang in there and take care, Tuck
