Screen Name Change Wanted

Tuck has tryed to help me but am having some trouble..
I would like to change my name thanks..

I didn't see any of the items you mentioned to me and thanks for trying to help.
Suicide is not the name I want to use..
So if I do change my name through another email address then I can use that ?
Who do I let know I"m going to do this?
So I'm following the rules which I really haven't read because I've been feeling
so bad lately, and now have a dislocated shoulder not treated yet.

Just want to know once I use a new email address and sign in as a new logger
for Pain Management do I just let you know Tuck PM my new email name and
new Login member name?

You can also click on "contact us" located on the bottom of this page next to Help. If you are unsuccessful please let me know.

One way to do this would be to log on as a new member. Go to yahoo and create a different e-mail address and enter that in the new log on info. I'm certian this works !!
