Stomach pain

For about 2-3 months my stomach has been giving me this really bad pain, but it goes away after about an hour. It comes after I eat sometimes and then other times it just comes up whenever. It's not just in one spot it's my whole stomach, and sometimes i get this feeling where I need to throwup but it goes away in 5-10 minutes. Should I go see my doctor or will all of this stop after a while?

Thankyou so much for that. If it continues I will see my PCP, but it seems to be calming down for now.

Hi Sarabear,

I;m sorry to hear about your stomach pain. Because this has been going on for several months I certainly think you should see your PCP. You may have GERD, an ulcer or a similar condition.

Until you are able to see your PCP have you tried an of the OTC remedies? There are many of them. If you go to your local pharmacy and inform the pharmacist of your symptoms he/she may have a suggestion.
