Hi Johnson,
Welcome to the Pain Management Forum. I'm glad you found us but sorry to hear about your land standing stomach pain.
You've seen a physician but has he/she performed any medical testing? have you have an gastric endoscopy? If this has been going on since you were a small child do you have a structural problem? Have you had any diagnostic testing?
If you haven't seen a gastroenterologist I would certainly suggest that you make an appointment to see one. If they rule out a structural defect than there are medications that can specifically treat stomach pain.
IBS can be very painful. Have you been told that you have IBS? Does a proton pump inhibitor effect your pain? (Such as Prilosec) Does anything help?
I'm sorry I cannot be of more help but I do suggest that you get this pain diagnosed. And please let us know how you are doing. We will look forward to your updates.

I would search something called "Celiacs Disease" or gluten intollerance. This problem is commonly misdiagnosed by doctors as IBS. Keep in mind that anything with a "syndrome" on the end of it simply means that doctors have no idea what is going on. Think about Sudden infant death syndrome, IBS,..etc.
I think you may find some help by searching this. What may be happening is your body is having an allergic reaction to a protein called gluten and the main symptom from this is abdominal pain, gas, constipation, headaches and so on. Gluten is found in ALL wheat, barley & rye products. Bread, cake, beer, croutons, soy sauce and may other items contain gluten.
Good luck,
