I am asking this question on behalf of my fiance. Just for the pass couple of days he has been complaining of tenderness in his testicles and lower abdomen pain. He also has been feeling nauseous and has vomited twice. He says it seems to go away after releasing gas or using the restroom. Is there a way that being gaseous, nausea and testicle tenderness can be linked together? If not, what are the necessary precautions to take, should he see a urologist? I've been reading many websites but i haven't got a clear answer. Could it be a hernia? testicular torsion? epididymitis? orchitis? prostatitis? or even testicular cancer?
Those are symptoms that could be related. However, I would highly recommend that he see a urologist who will probably put him on some antibiotics for epdidymitis after an examination. He doesn't want that to go on too long.
If he's not feeling better in the next day or so he should get going. Testical pain can be something quite innocent like sitting too much and then again it could be something that requires medication.
